When does the risk transfer?
The risk of loss or damage remains with FragranceGems until you have physically received the package. We are responsible for damage or loss during transport. Once you physically receive the product, the responsibility transfers to you.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Not received? Check Track & Trace and wait 2 extra business days. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us so we can start an investigation with the carrier.

Arrived damaged? Take photos of the exterior and content immediately and contact us within 48 hours at info@fragrance-gems.nl. Note: Photographic evidence is required for replacements or refunds.
ADDRESS CHANGES

Before shipping: Contact us immediately to adjust the address.

After shipping: We cannot change the address once the package is in transit. You may try contacting the carrier directly via your Track & Trace link.
RETURNS
Not satisfied? You have a 14-day cooling-off period.
